Service fees
- All service fees, booking fees, and processing fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and a PNR has been generated.
- Service fees cover reservation processing, document generation, and system usage — they are not part of any airline ticket price.
Flight Itinerary bookings
- Flight Itinerary documents are generated for visa application and travel planning purposes only.
- They do not constitute a confirmed airline ticket and do not guarantee a seat on any flight.
- Onward Itinerary is not responsible for visa approval or rejection based on the itinerary provided.
- Date changes are subject to a non-refundable change fee of $7.00.
Verified Hold bookings
- Verified Hold bookings place a temporary hold on an airline seat through the airline's reservation system.
- Holds are valid for 24-72 hours depending on the airline's policy. Onward Itinerary does not control hold duration.
- If not upgraded to a full ticket before expiry, the hold is automatically released and no refund of the service fee is provided.
- Upgrading requires payment of the airline's ticket price plus a booking commission.
- Once a full ticket is issued, airline cancellation and refund policies apply. Onward Itinerary's service fee remains non-refundable.
Cancellations & refunds
- Bookings cannot be cancelled once a PNR has been generated.
- No refunds are issued for expired holds, unused itineraries, or visa rejections.
- For full tickets: cancellation, changes, and refunds are subject to the airline's own policies.
Liability
- Onward Itinerary provides reservation services only and is not an airline or travel agency.
- We are not responsible for flight cancellations, schedule changes, or airline operational issues.
- By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
