Service Fees:

• All service fees are non-refundable once a hotel confirmation has been generated.
• Service fees cover document generation and processing — they are not part of any hotel room price.

Hotel Confirmation Bookings:

• Hotel confirmation documents are generated for visa application and proof of accommodation purposes only.
• Hotel confirmations are generated using real hotel data and pricing for travel planning purposes.
• Onward Itinerary is not responsible for visa approval or rejection based on the confirmation provided.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Bookings cannot be cancelled once a confirmation document has been generated.
• No refunds are issued for unused confirmations or visa rejections.
