Our service is designed specifically for:
This service is legal and operates similarly to travel agents who provide "hold" reservations and airlines that offer temporary booking holds. Many established companies worldwide provide identical services.
Each reservation document has a validity period selected by the customer at the time of booking (ranging from 48 hours to 6 months). After this period, the reservation reference expires. The document clearly states its nature as a reservation/itinerary receipt and includes a validity expiry date. The chosen validity period and associated pricing are displayed before checkout.
Flight information (routes, airlines, flight numbers, schedules) is sourced from real airline distribution systems (GDS). However, flight schedules may change at any time by airlines. We do not guarantee that the specific flight shown will operate on the date indicated.
The PNR/booking reference shown on your document is drawn from the real GDS (Global Distribution System) booking we create on your behalf. However, visibility of this reference on the individual airline's own public "Manage Booking" portal is not guaranteed. Many airlines (particularly low-cost carriers and some major carriers) only expose bookings on their public websites once a full ticket has been issued and paid for. This does not affect the validity of the document itself — the booking exists in the airline's GDS system.
To provide reliable third-party verification regardless of airline policy, every document we issue includes a secure QR code that links to our verification portal at onwarditinerary.com/verify. Embassy officers, consulate staff, employers, or any other third party can scan this QR code to instantly confirm the booking is authentic and was issued by Onward Itinerary. This is the primary and recommended method of verification for our documents.
Due to the digital and instant nature of our service, all sales are final once the PNR document has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing document delivery, contact our support team.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Onward Itinerary shall not be held liable for visa application outcomes, any embassy's decision regarding document acceptability, changes to airline operations, airline-side visibility of bookings, or any losses arising from use of our documents.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with airlines or third parties except for payment processing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
