What you get

The premium standard for strict visa applications

Everything a standard flight reservation gives you — plus continuous live confirmation in the airline's system that any embassy or third party can verify directly.

Live GDS confirmation

The booking is confirmed live in Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport for the entire validity period — not just at the moment of issue.

Public airline visibility

Embassy staff can look up your PNR + surname on the airline's own Manage Booking portal and see your on-hold reservation directly.

QR code + portal

The PDF also includes our verification QR code. Embassy staff get two independent ways to verify authenticity.

Upgradeable to paid ticket

If your visa is approved and you decide to actually fly, the hold can be converted to a paid ticket by paying the airline's fare directly.

7-day standard validity

Each verified hold lasts 7 days by default — aligned with airline ticketing rules. Extended validity available on request for specific airlines.

99% acceptance

Across 200+ embassies in our customer base, verified airline holds have a near-100% acceptance rate — including the strictest consulates.

Who needs this

When to choose Verified Airline Hold

For most visa applications, our standard $10.00 flight itinerary is sufficient. Choose Verified Hold in these specific scenarios:

  • Strict embassy requirements: Some Schengen consulates (notably German embassies in some regions, Italian consulates for certain visa categories) explicitly require a confirmed booking, not just a reservation.
  • Saudi Arabia work visa: KSA visa officers typically verify bookings directly in airline systems and prefer live confirmations.
  • Russia / Belarus visa: These consulates have a history of rejecting documents they can't verify live.
  • Repeat visa applicants: If your previous application was denied citing "insufficient travel evidence", upgrading to Verified Hold addresses that specific concern.
  • High-stakes visa interview: US B1/B2 interview in countries with elevated denial rates — bringing a Verified Hold to the interview strengthens your case.
  • Documents requiring direct GDS lookup: When the embassy specifically mentions "GDS verification" or "live booking" in their requirements.
  • Premium peace of mind: If you'd rather pay an extra $15.00 for maximum verifiability and minimum risk.
Side by side

Standard vs Verified Hold

Both are real bookings. The difference is in how long they stay confirmed in the airline's live system and how third parties can verify them.

Questions

About Verified Airline Holds

What is a Verified Airline Hold?
A Verified Airline Hold is a confirmed booking held live in the airline's Global Distribution System (GDS) for the entire validity period. Unlike a standard flight reservation, the booking remains visible in the airline's system with publicly viewable on-hold status — the premium tier for visa applicants who need maximum verifiability.
When do I need a Verified Hold instead of a standard reservation?
You need a Verified Airline Hold when (1) the embassy specifically requires a confirmed live booking, (2) you're applying to a strict-acceptance destination like Saudi Arabia, Russia, or some German consulates, (3) the visa officer asks for direct GDS verification, or (4) you want extra peace of mind. For most Schengen, UK, US, Canada and Australia visa applications, the standard $10.00 Flight Itinerary is sufficient.
How is this different from buying a real ticket?
A Verified Airline Hold is the booking placed in the airline's system but NOT ticketed (not paid for in full). You pay our service fee of $25.00 per passenger instead of the full airfare ($500-$2,000). The booking shows on-hold status, not paid status. If your visa is approved, you can convert the hold to a paid ticket by paying the airline's fare. If denied, the hold expires with no airline cost.
Can the embassy actually see my hold in the airline's system?
Yes. Once we issue your hold, the booking is visible on the airline's public Manage Booking portal (using PNR + surname) showing on-hold status. Embassy staff who have GDS access can also see the hold directly. Most major airlines including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, British Airways display on-hold bookings publicly.
How long is a Verified Airline Hold valid?
Standard Verified Airline Hold validity is 7 days from issue. This is set by airline ticketing rules — most airlines require holds to be ticketed within 7 days or they auto-cancel. For visa applications with longer processing times, contact [email protected] about extended hold options on specific airlines.
What if my visa processing takes longer than 7 days?
Many applicants order the standard Flight Itinerary first (30-day validity), then upgrade to a Verified Hold a few days before submission if needed. We can also reissue a Verified Hold close to your interview/submission date — contact support and we'll coordinate timing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund available before you download your hold confirmation PDF. Once downloaded, the service is considered delivered. The underlying booking is a hold (not a paid ticket), so there's no airline ticket cost to recover — if your visa is denied, the hold simply expires.
